How to contact Lyric Opera of the North

If you run into a “user busy” message when calling LOON, we apologize. The Depot building, where LOON offices are located, is under construction and a large crane is intermittently interfering with phone service there. But don’t worry! Here’s what we want you to know:

1. There are tickets available, and we are standing by to answer questions.
2. Our online ticket site is not affected by the phone disruptions.
3. If you have a question for us, we can answer via email OR we can call you! Send questions, and a callback number if you’d like a call, to info@loonopera.org and we will respond quickly.
4. The number is often working. Don’t give up! 218-464-0922 is our office number. If you have an urgent question and are unable to email, please use this temporary phone number that is set up to take calls until the issue is resolved: 218-461-1353.
5. We are happy to help you select seats, order tickets, and answer questions you have about the performances coming up!
