Isaac Sharratt
Isaac Sharratt began his choreographic journey at age 17 in his home town of Tucson, AZ. Having his first main stage work set on the company of Ballet Tucson for their “ROCS”performance. Moving to Milwaukee, WI at age 19 he continued to pursue this passion, setting works and solos for colleagues, the company, and second company over his ten years with the organization.
Since moving to Duluth, post pandemic, he has had the opportunity to produce works for both the Minnesota Ballet and The Academy of Minnesota Ballet. He was also afforded the opportunity to work with the Loon recently, choreographing an excerpt of The Firebird Suite, by Igor Stravinski, for the LOON’s production of “Die Fledermaus”.
In the coming months Mr. Sharratt is set to choreograph a version of “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” for the Minnesota Ballet, and a new work for the Minnesota Ballet’s “Retrospective” series.
