Lyric Opera of the North Wants YOU!

Announcing auditions for tenor, baritone, and bass singing actors for the chorus of LOON’s upcoming production of Verdi’s Rigoletto.

• Tuesday, November 29
• Between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.
• At Concordia Lutheran Church, 2501 Woodland Avenue, Duluth.
• We’ll look forward to hearing one memorized song or aria. Ifyou can sing something in Italian, that’s great. If not, just sing your very best song, preferably from the Classical repertoire.

Approximately five Rigoletto music rehearsals will take place April- May. Staging rehearsals will begin June 2 (evenings and weekends only, for chorus). Performances are June 22 and 24.

Dirk Meyer will conduct. Dorothy Danner will direct. The opera will be sung in Italian. Performances will take place at Superior High School. Rehearsal venue TBA.
