Valentine’s Day Soirée

Menu:
Three delicious dinner options to choose from:
- Duet Plate: Filet mignon & champagne chicken. Served with gorgonzola potato torte, sautéed green beans, and petite trimmed carrots with toasted almonds.
- Roasted North Atlantic salmon with maple and lemon glaze. Served with gorgonzola potato torte, sautéed green beans, and petite trimmed carrots with toasted almonds.
- Roasted seasonal vegetable pasta tossed with linguine (vegetarian).
Dinner includes bread with herb infused butter, a Hotel Duluth Salad (mixed field greens, shaved parmesan, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and croutons), and a delicious slice of chocolate cake for dessert!
