Suzie Baer

Suzie Baer has been an active member of the Twin Ports’ art scene for eighteen years. She danced professionally with the Minnesota Ballet for eleven years and has performed with and/or choreographed for the Arrowhead Chorale, the Duluth Playhouse, Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra, Lyric Opera of the North, Renegade Theater Company, the Underground, UWS, and Wise Fool. In 2016, she received a “20 under 40” award from the Duluth News Tribune for her work with the ballet’s adaptive dance program. Baer currently teaches at the Minnesota Ballet Academy and coordinates the academy’s adult ballet program as well as their adaptive dance program, ABLE. She has a BS in Communications from UWS and an MSc in Dance Science and Education from the University of Edinburgh. Baer is thrilled to be collaborating with LOON again!
