Philadelphia-based composer Peter Hilliard and Chicago-based librettist Matt Boresi met while studying at NYU’s Tisch School of the Art. Upcoming productions of their work include The Filthy Habit at Carnegie Melon University and Blue Viola at Opera Memphis, both in April.
