Valentine’s Day Soirée
Thanks to all who participated in the 2021 Valentine’s Day Soirée! Because this was a virtual production, video of the livestream event is still available for viewing. If you are interested in watching the Valentine’s Day Soirée program, it’s not too late! Please send an email with the subject line “Virtual Soiree Link” to info@loonopera.org.
Welcome! Please read the information on this page before clicking through to purchase and donate. And as always, please call us if you have questions: 218.464.0922.
Everything you need to know about HOW TO ORDER, WATCH, DONATE, AND DINE!
How to WATCH:
One $15 ticket per device is all you need. An access link will be sent on February 14th to all ticket holders.
How to ORDER FOOD AND DRINK KITS:
2. Before you complete your ticket purchase, you’ll get a prompt to add food and drink kits to your order. (Read the details on this page, below!) Food and drink orders will be available to pick up at Vikre Distillery on the day of the event. Make your selection and check out . . . . and then we hope you’ll go directly to the DONATE page to help LOON continue its work of creating operatic joy now and into the future.
How to DONATE and VOTE:
3. From the ticket / food order form, follow the prompts to the DONATE page. That’s where your donation will help us bring opera to schools this winter with a Little LOON virtual tour, and to stages in our community well into the future. Your donation dollars are your votes for the song you’d like to hear at the Soiree. Enter any dollar amount, then enter your song choice(s) in the NOTES field. ** Votes must be cast by January 31.
Program the Soirée: Favorite opera moments, chosen by you!
Your donations will determine this year’s Soirée concert. Which aria, duet, or trio would you like to hear? Vote with your donation!
To participate, simply write your musical selection(s) into the notes section when you donate any amount online. Alternately, you can include a written note with your snail-mailed donation check. The four selections with the most donated dollars will be included in the Soirée program. The winning solos, duets, or trios will be sung by singers who have appeared – or will appear soon – in LOON productions.
To be included in the program, a vote must be cast by January 31.
We are here to help. Do you know what you want to hear, but you’re not sure what it’s called? No problem. Send us an email at info@loonopera.org or give us a call at 218.464.0922.
Please note: There are restrictions about what we can stream over the internet. If you have questions, give us a call or send an email!
